- Interactive Flag Football Skills & Drills Session w/Former NFL Coaches/Players
- Play 4 Lacrosse Games & 1 Flag Exhibition Game.

FORMAT Lacrosse
- World Lacrosse Sixes Olympic-Style.
- Easy to Form Small Team Rosters of 9 to 12 players.
- 6v6 Players Aside, 5 Field Players, 1 Goalie.
- No Offsides, Players Play Offense & Defense (no long poles).
- Faceoff/Draw to Start Each Period.
- Divisional Pool Play Games + 1 Final. Championship and Placement Games, 4 Games.
- Two-12 Minute Periods, 3 Minute Half.
- Small-Size Fields Approximately 60×30 yards.
- PLUS Opening Ceremonies, Media Day, Flag Football Skills & Drills with former NFL coaches, Breakout Sessions, National Combine, Player Talent Show, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Christmas Show.

- 8:00 AM -Championship Games at The Ford Center
- Awards Presentation and Press Conference for Winning Teams
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM – Sideline Pass to US Army All American Bowl
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Watch Bowl
